Client Workflow

1. Worker Request

Submit designation, quantity, location, and urgency in Worker Requests module.

2. Assignment Visibility

Track assigned employee list and status updates from admin operations.

3. Invoice Tracking

Review monthly invoices, due dates, paid amount, and outstanding balance.

4. Payment Update

Log payment amount/date/reference so finance records remain aligned.

Client Best Practices

  • Use one authorized client account for billing consistency.
  • Submit headcount demand with exact start date and shift model.
  • Record payment references immediately after transfer.
  • Raise issues from support form for priority routing.
